Rare and hand harvested. This tea is delicious and very unique with a light, crisp, and floral taste. Praised for its medicinal benefits. Contains the most antioxidants of any tea. We source this tea from an organic tea farm in ZhengHe Fujian province in China. It is from Spring tea buds. Lower caffeine.

Steep 2 teaspoons for 3 minutes per 8 ounces of 205° water.

https://www.tea-and-trumpets.com/product-p/in1.htm You'll need a strainer like this one. The leaves are thick, so the first soaking takes longer. I just switch the strainer from cup to cup. The first 3 cups are great. For a 4th cup, soaking overnight will do it. I typically don't go for a 5th cup, but my girlfriend showed me you can get even more flavor (or just color) out of old tea bags by boiling them in water for a long time. She doesn't like to waste anything. The flavor is awesome, and if you read Wikipedia, this tea is suppose to be quite good for you. If you goof and make it too strong, just cut it down by adding a little water. Tea should have a perfect flavor between watery and bitter, and this silver needle tea achieves it.
