Order Cancellations
Please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order. However, if your order was shipped you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Returns
Oops! Did we make a mistake?
We're not perfect, though we strive to be. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please reach out to us immediately. We'll get to the bottom of what went wrong and make it right for you. Simple as that!
Not your cup of tea?
We want you to love what you buy just as much as we love offering it to you. So, if you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us, and we’ll work something out. While we can’t refund loose leaf tea or gift packs that contain tea, we’ll find a solution. We encourage buying the smallest size offered before buying them in the larger bulk sizes. Also, as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.
Since there are many ways to brew and enjoy tea, our priority will be to guide you in tea preparation and enhance your experience in any way possible. If you still wish to return your tea, please note the return policies below. Also, note that online orders cannot be returned at farmer’s markets.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your return has been approved. If your return is accepted, we’ll offer one of the following options within a reasonable time: an exchange for the returned item, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a refund to your original payment method, a check, or another solution that we believe is fair and appropriate for the situation.
